Every draft beer system needs a thermometer! This beer pocket thermometer is perfect for monitoring the temperature of your beer. It can also be used for high and low temperature readings when brewing beer. Draft beer is best served at 38 degrees! Higher temperature will produce excesive foaming; lower will not produce a proper head and will produce gas in your stomach. Leave in your fridge to monitor tempurature. This thermometer is adjustable. To calibrate just place thermometer in a glass full of crushed ice and water (lots of ice) and turn nut on the bottom of dial to 32degrees.
