This 12-inch false bottom sits at the bottom of your mash tun to filter grain and allow wort to flow freely. The domed shape provides the structural strength needed to support heavy grain loads without collapsing or clogging.

The dome creates a clear space under the grain bed, which helps prevent channeling and makes sparging much easier—especially when you're dealing with sticky mashes. It's a standard fit for most 10-gallon round coolers and works great in converted Sanke kegs.

The center features a 3/8" hose barb so you can easily attach silicone or vinyl tubing for the transfer to your boil kettle.
