Imperial's Voyager strain is extremely versatile! It has fairly high flocculation and a wide range of fermentation temperatures allowing it to be fermented cooler to produce nutty flavors in malt forward beers like traditional ESBs, but it can also ferment at higher temps to get apricot and peach aromas for dry hopped pales and IPAs.
