Flagship is the go to yeast of the Homebrewing and craft industry,used in many different recipes, because of the strains clean and crisp characteristics. Fermenting well at normal ale temperatures, you can also achieve more crisp flavors if fermented at lower temps (60 F). Having a medium range of flocculation levels you will usually require filtration or fining to get your crystal clear beer.
