So you want to brew an American Light Lager? You are in the right place. This is the style we all love to mock as homebrewers, but interestingly enough it is somewhat difficult to brew. It is lagered (obviously) and because it has almost no hops and a light grain build it does not mask any off flavors. For it to taste right you have to be meticulous in brewing it. Our recipe has Northern hops for unique taste and profile, but the recipe is All American! It might be a MACRO style, but when you brew it at home it is a Micro brew.
