British Mild - All-Grain Recipe Kit

It is time to put on a stiff upper lip and get your British on, we are brewing a Mild and nothing is more British than that.  We Americans like to think that we invent ideas but the truth of the matter is the session beer is a British invention called the "British Mild". Weighing in at only 3 1/2% alcohol you can belly up to the bar all night with this one. This quintessential British beer has a rich biscuity taste with notes of caramel and a rich color that makes you want more. For what it lacks in alcohol it certainly makes up for in taste. Another great thing about this beer is that it finishes quickly, so you don't have to wait too long to enjoy it. Your family and friends will thank you for this one, and a very dry manner of course.
