Centennial IPA Mini-Mash Extract Recipe Kit

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

This is a simple, but tasty IPA that bucks the current trend of having a lot of different hops.  This recipe is all about the Centennial hop and boy is it a good choice!  Because you add the hops at four different times (including a dry hop, five days in) you get to see the bittering, flavoring and aroma characteristics of Centennial.  Once you are done with this beer you will have a good handle on how Centennial will contribute to other beers.  This beer lower alcohol content for an IPA (About 6.4%), so you can have more than one.  Enjoy this spicy, floral beer with nice citrus aromas, its a party in a glass.
