We call this our English tropical beer. We believe it was developed in the British Virgin Islands during a tropical storm when some coconut milk and chocolate was violently mixed with some English Stout and a fire occurred. OK, we just made that up, but it really is a nice flavor combination. You will detect flavors of coffee, coconut, chocolate along with a silky mouthfeel from the Lactose. We supply everything except the toasted coconut, which you will roast in a pan. Be sure and look at the Brewer's Notes for instructions on how to do this.
