Chudnow Regulator Rebuild Kit

Rebuild kit for Chudnow Regulator.

Includes diaphragm and cartridge for complete regulator overhaul.

This will eliminate air seeping from the weep hole and pressure creep up (as indicated on your low pressure gauge).

Replacing these two items should fix virtually any issue with a Chudnow regulator.

I am really happy with the rebuild kit but I am even happier with the customer service! Not easy to come about spare parts when you live in Iceland. Can highly recommend!

    Creeping regulators

Posted by Bryan on 3rd Jan 2016

Bought 3 rebuild kits (one for a spare)as I had two regulators that were slightly creeping after many years of trouble free service and many kegs of beer.Install was easy and I was back up running in less than an hour--pulling the kegs out and putting them back in plus the mandatory leak check took longer than the install. Looking forward to many more years of trouble free service.

    Dont replace, just rebuild

Have several Chudnow regulators we use on CO2 bottles for running air tools in desert racing. Over the years these regulators have taken a beating and the diaphragms have worn out. Took the regulators to the welding shop to be told rebuilding these would cost as much as a new one. I called Chudnow asking about rubuild kits and they were not very helpful except to say try Brew Suppliers. So after a Google search I found Keg Connection. So for under $10 I was able to rebuild a regulator that I was told would cost more then just buying a new one. Not only did I rebuild one regulator, but I rebuilt two more, plus put new gauges, and gauge boots on. I was able to freshen up 3 regulators for less then buying one new one.

    Thanks Keg Connection!
