Acid Line Cleaner has a high concentrate formula for defense against alkali resistant calcium oxalate in beer lines formed from hard water used with specialty hops. Alkaline cleaners are not as effective. It is recommended that Acid Line Cleaner be used in rotation with an Alkaline cleaning agent first, rinse with water, clean with Acid Line Cleaner, then rinse with water again before connecting the beer supply. It is formulated with metal protecting additives to protect faucets and fittings.
