Deluxe Blow-Off Hose Kit for Conical Fermenters

Our deluxe blowoff kit will prevent your aggressiver fermentations from clogging your airlock. Built with stainless steel parts and reinforced vinyl tubing, this kit gives you everything you need to replace your airlock and start brewing like the pros.

This kit comes with:

• 5 feet of 3/4" ID (1" OD) vinyl hose
• 2 - 1.5" tri-clamps
• 2 - 1.5" tri-clamp silicone gaskets
• 1 - 90 degree stainless steel elbow (prevents hose kinks and blowoff restriction)
• 1 -  1.5" tri-clamp to 3/4" hose barb adaptor

This kit will allow you to replace the standard stopper and airlock on your conical fermenter with a pro-level blow-off setup.

Using a Blow-Off Hose Kit with a Conical Fermenter

Using the blow-off hose kit is easy. Rather than using the standard stopper and airlock, follow these simple steps:

1. Clamp the blow-off fixture and tubing to the fermenter lid using the provided tri-clamp and gasket.
2. Fill a bucket or large growler with Star San or any other sanitary solution.
3. Run the length of a tubing into the bucket, ensuring that the end of the hose is submerged.
