"Dog Days of Summer" Cream Ale - All-Grain Recipe Kit

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

The cream ale is a light, refreshing beer that is perfect for those dog days of summer. Although it has some of the characteristics of a "macro beer", it will have more flavor.   This is a beer your buddies that don't normally drink a lot of craft beer will like.  Although this is a an Ale and it is fermented at ale temperatures, it will benefit for an extended cold crash or lagering.  This will give it a more subtle taste and clarify the beer.
