This beer is perfect for those hot days of summer.  It has a refreshing, crisp taste and is a beer that almost anyone will enjoy.  It is an Ale, but has some characteristics of a lager, especially if you "cold crash" or lager the beer after brewing.  This will mellow the beer out and increase clarity.

Style Overview:
Known for their crisp, refreshing taste and their light golden tint, Cream Ales go through a longer cold conditioning or lagering following it's primary fermentation stage. This process reduces unwanted fruity esters to give you a cleaner flavor palate. Oftentimes, corn, rice, or other adjuncts are also utilized to give it a lighter body and flavor.
