This recipe pays recognition to the Dogfish Head, 90 Min IPA. Part of a series of 60, 90 and even 120 Min IPA's that get their name from being continually hopped for that amount of time.  This one might be in the middle, but it is no slouch in the bitter department using three hops, Warrior, Simcoe and Amarillo.  Many of heard the story of how this beer came about with Sam Calgione using an old vibrating football game from the 70's to slowly, but continually add hops to the boil kettle.  This is one of the beers that defined East Coast IPA's, now it is your turn to brew it!
