Dos Equis Amber Lager is a traditional Vienna style lager and it is all about the malt!  In this time of ultra hoppy beers we sometimes forget just how good a malt forward lager can be and this semi dark beer is one of the best examples.  Many breweries in Mexico where set up and run by European brewers, especially Germans and Austrians.  Although this beer is designed to be brewed as a lager you can also use an American ale yeast to ferment a higher temperatures, but for the true taste to come out you should brew it as a lager.  Read the "Brewer's Notes" in the instructions sheet below for tips on making this style.  Prost!
