It's hard to get more Irish than an Irish Stout.  As our name implies this beer has a dry finish, but it is also very complex in nature. Although it has a dark color it is actually low in alcohol at 4.5% and it is light bodied. This sometimes surprises people when they taste it.  They see a beer that has the color of tar, but when they take a swallow they find the body light. The flavor profile is very roasty with some bitter flavor coming from the roasted barley.  It has coffee and bittersweet chocolate overtones.  As the Irish say “May the hinges of our friendship never grow rusty.”  I promise you this beer will keep those hinges well lubricated and your friends happy.
