Two of the podcasters on Homebrew Happy Hour came up with this recipe, Todd Burns, the Chief Keg Washer at Kegconnection, llc and James Carlson, the director of Operations and CMBecker International llc.  Todd had tried another beer with lemon drop hops and thought it would make a great Pilsner summer beer.  James ran with the idea and created a spectacular Pilsner.  It is very light and refreshing with nice lemony citrus flavors that come from this unique hop.  The idea was to keep the lemon part subtle so it does not over power the crisp Pilsner.  This one will make the sun come out in the middle of winter!

Remember this is a Pilsner, so you will need to ferment at a lower temperature of around 55°F and then do a diacetyl rest before cold crashing. You can read more about this by clicking on the link below for the recipe instructions.
