Our Mosaic IPA has all of the flavors you would expect out of this fairly new hop. The hop was named Mosaic in 2012 and it has proven to be very popular among brewers because of it's unique flavors, like Blueberry, Mango, tropical like flavors and aromas. This IPA is in the medium hoppy range for an IPA at 56 IBU. IT has a fairly high alcohol by volume percentage at around 7%.
