First brewed by our favorite young employee, Todd likes to call this "My Minion" Milk Stout. The signature taste of a milk stout comes from the addition of lactose (milk sugar), giving it it's creamy flavor. However, lactose does not ferment with other sugars it creates a sweeter and fuller body. We balance the sweetness with generous portions of Warrior and Styrian Golding hops, as well as, the roasted barley and chocolate malt in the grain bill.
