So everyone has heard of a NEIPA, but what about a NEPA?  This New England style Pale Ale is creamy, pale, cloudy and full of aroma.  The alcohol level is a very drinkable 5.5 ABV, so you can have more than a couple and still be able hold a conversation with your friends.  Did we mention the aroma?  This recipe is packed with aroma hops that will tantalize all of your senses.  Be sure to read the "Brewer's Notes" for tips on brewing this special beer.  Get ready for a wicked pissah of a beer!

  • Batch Size: 5 Gallons
  • Mash at 150ºF for 75 minutes
  • Est. Original Gravity: 1.053 SG
  • Est. Final Gravity: 1.010-1.012 SG
  • Est. Alcohol by Volume: 5.4-5.6%
  • Bitterness: 60 IBUs
  • Estimated Color: 3.7 SRM
