New Belgium Fat Tire Clone - All-Grain Recipe Kit

This is our tribute to another American classic craft beer, Fat Tire.  We have actually visited the brewery before and they tell us that this beer is one of the hardest for them to brew consistently.  They do a great job of it!  Many know the story of how the co-founder Jeff Lebesch found his calling, brewing Belgium style beers in the United States.  Him and Kim Jordan started brewing beer in the basement of their home.  Sort of sounds like homebrewing?

Our clone is biscuity and well balanced like the original.  It is not too hoppy, but more malt centered.
