Peanut butter Cup Chocolate Stout - All-Grain Recipe Kit

(1 review) Write a Review

Here at Kegconnection everyone loves chocolate and peanut butter, so we are offering this recipe as a drinkable form of the world's most popular candy! This dark, rich milk stout is thick bodied with a potent aroma. The brew has a subtle amount of sweetness from the lactose that you can enjoy beer after beer. The recipe allows the brewer to have their pick of a couple different options; adding unsweetened cocoa powder to the boil or cocoa nibs (which are included in the kit) to the secondary. We have thoroughly tested both and have gotten great results.

    Really delicious

This is a great starter kit with plenty of room to improve. I bumped this up with some extra 2 row so it was in the 6% range. I made a tincture with the nibs and vodka, left it soak for 2 weeks, then dumped everything in the secondary for a week. Added peanut butter while kegging and put on nitro for a week... Excellent peanut butter and chocolate flavors, drained this keg so fast.
