This beer pours dark and rich, with the aroma of peanut butter and chocolate and a full body. It's not too sweet, so you can enjoy more than one. This recipe has some flexibility- you can add unsweetened cocoa powder (the kind for baking/NOT included) to the boil, or cocoa nibs to the secondary. Both give very good results, and you can make the choice when selecting your recipe.

Style Overview: 

Milk Stouts are a thick bodied style that contains lactose (milk sugar), which adds to the body and sweetness of the beer. Adding fresh cocoa nibs (or even unsweetened cocoa powder - NOT INCLUDED) and natural peanut butter extract into the secondary fermenter turns a milk stout into a sweet treat- a dessert beer of sorts.
