Had not rebuilt my taps in years. The parts fit flawlessly. And they work great now. The gaskets were very reasonably priced.

Perlick 525 faucet O-rings and washers

Posted by Doug Deaderick on 15th Sep 2020

I have 2 Perlick 525 beer faucets, one of which would not completely shut off. I just finished rebuilding the leaky faucet with a new set of washers and O-rings from Kegconnection after cleaning the metal parts in PBW. After assembly, I ran BLC (Beer Line Cleaner) through the lines and through the rebuilt faucet. No more leaking. After I finish my other keg, I’ll rebuild that faucet, too!

Took the taps apart for a deep clean and replaced all gaskets. Went back together with no issues. Works great.

    Faucet doesn't leak anymore

Posted by diw on 9th Aug 2015

had the 525SS faucets for about 5 years with only minor issues. Faucets started to leak at spout and purchased these o-rings to replace original ones. Had all parts in stock and worked out reasonable shipping charges for the light items. Faucets now are like brand new.

    No more leaks?

Posted by Richard Cleveland on 2nd Aug 2015

While I am not quite sure if my two faucets are the 630SS or the 525SS.

While I am not sure if my faucets are the 630SS or the 525SS model they both started leaking recently and were very difficult to turn off. I woke up one morning to find that I had a couple gallons of beer dripping off my Kegerator Not good. I bought these new O-rings and they seem to have corrected the problem.
