This IPA is a now considered a classic. It is a beer most of us can get in our area and a beer most of us have had. It's an old favorite. You can now brew our clone of this beer at home and impress your friends and family. Although Sam Adams is on the East Coast, this is a West Coast style IPA with it's citricy taste and aroma. This is a little lighter than some West Coast IPAs and even slightly less in Alcohol, so you can enjoy a few. This is also a very easy IPA to brew, there are no dry hops or other additional steps.
