30 Day No Hassle Returns - Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to feel confident with your purchase so within 30 days of purchase we offer a simple, easy return policy.

We offer a full refund on un-used returns minus the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Beer Recipe Kit Guarantee

    We are so confident in our award winning beer recipe kits that if you brew one and don't like it, we will replace it.
  • Yeast

    We always recommend you do a yeast starter. We will gladly replace yeast if it's not viable but will not replace a beer recipe if it doesn't ferment.
  • What items can be returned?

    We will accept all non-perishable items back.
  • Can I return used equipment?

    We only stock quality equipment from the most trusted brands but If you are not fully satisfied with your equipment after using it we can offer you to the ability to return with a 30% restocking fee.
  • Brew Systems

    We do not accept any returns on large or custom order brew systems such as the Spike Electric system, Sabco and Breweasy.
 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please call us at 325-356-5204 or e-mail us at help@kegconnection.com immediately.

If an order has not shipped by the time we make contact, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped we cannot recall it. It will be delivered and handled as a Order Return as outlined in our Return Policy.

 

Warranty Issues, Damages and Incorrect Orders

If in the first 30 days of receipt of your order you find your order is incorrect or contains damaged goods, we will ensure the issue is corrected. Just call us at 325-356-5204 or e-mail help@kegconnection.com . We strive to contact everyone back within one business day.

We ask that our customers please e-mail photos of damaged items to assist us in both the claims process and assist us in making Kegconnection better by improving our shipping practices and that of our shipping carriers. We will require photos in most cases to issue a new product or refund for damaged goods.

In the event we need to re-ship you a product due to it being wrong or defective, we will issue you a RMA, pre-paid shipping label and then ship immediately your replacement once we get notice the wrong/damaged product is back in route to us.

 

Pricing

We maintain active pursuit of competitive pricing to offer you the lowest prices possible. So we are often adjusting pricing as well as creating new products. As such with human error, we sometimes add incorrect pricing to our website and reserve the right to not be held liable for grossly misprinted prices where we would take a loss to honor.

 

Shipping Policy

  • $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping

    Residents within the continuous United States will receive a flat rate shipping fee of only $7.95 per order! For outside US and international orders, you can receive the best possible shipping rates by calling your order in to 325-356-5204

  • Same Day Shipping

    All orders received by 11am CST will be shipped same day, Mon- Fri.

    On some events such as site-wide sales there may be a delay on typical shipping turnaround. During this time we make every effort to ship as soon as possible.

    Some large items we stock ship from a separate warehouse, so in some rare cases same-day shipping might not apply. We'll tell you when that's the case.

  • Delivery

    We ship most orders FedEx, UPS, or USPS with transit times being around 1 - 4 business days depending on where we’re delivering.

    We ship from just Northwest of Austin, Texas so orders in the Northwest can expect longer lead times.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Missing packages aren't awesome, but things do happen on rare occasion.

    First, be sure to confirm your shipping address, look for a delivery confirmation, and check with neighbors to see if they possibly accepted your package.

    If your package is a no-show 36 hours from delivery date please contact us.

    Lost packages we will help resolve as we have recourse with FedEX, UPS, or USPS.

    Stolen packages we cannot replace unless you select Signature delivery.

  • Alaska & Hawaii

    Free shipping, flat-rate shipping and any shipping specials do not apply to AK and HI.

  • If you have an emergency or special request shoot us an email. We’re happy to accommodate our fellow brewers!
