Russian Imperial Stout - Mini-Mash Extract Recipe Kit

Our Russian Imperial Stout lives up to it's name in every regard.  This beer is high in everything, Hops, Malts, Alcohol and most important, taste!  With just over 10% alcohol you can taste it in the beer, but it is mellowed somewhat by the malty flavor and balanced by copious amounts of hops.  This beer is actually from England, but got it's name because it was shipped to the Imperial Court of Russia and was thereby allowed to be called "Imperial".  It was said to have been enjoyed by Catherine the Great and her court, maybe sometimes to excess.
