Fizz Kit BASIC - Soda Carbonating Kit, No CO2 Bottle

Break free from expensive proprietary ecosystems like SodaStream with the Fizz Kit BASIC. This soda carbonating kit lets you carbonate soda, sparkling water, juice, beer, or almost any beverage at home using a standard 2-liter soda bottle. Simply fill the bottle with your chilled liquid (leave a couple of inches at the top), attach the stainless steel carbonation cap, squeeze out excess air, and turn on the CO2. Maintain pressure between 30-40 PSI, shake for 1 minute, and enjoy a perfectly carbonated drink!

How to Use Your Soda Carbonating Kit

For best results, chill your beverage before carbonating—this ensures maximum fizz. Use it with our soda kits or your own recipes. We love making sparkling water with it around here! Note: This version does not include a CO2 bottle, so you’ll need to source your own CO2 supply.

CO2 Options & Compatibility

The Fizz Kit BASIC works with standard CO2 bottles (not included). Pair it with a 5lb CO2 bottle, refillable at local welding shops, or a 20oz bottle, refillable at paintball cylinder stations. Both options (shipped empty due to federal regulations) can carbonate plenty—customers report about 45 liters from a 20oz bottle! See below for more details and options.
