Tropic Suprise NEDIPA - Extract Recipe Kit

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

This New England Double IPA is a fantastic Imperial version of a New England IPA.  This beer has over 8% Alcohol by Volume and 10 ounces of hops, yet it is only about 40 IBUs.  This is because the majority of the hops added are done so after the boil during a 40 minute steep and/or whirlpool (depending on your system) and the remainder are put in as dry hops over the course of about 7 days.  This recipe is bursting with tropical flavors and aromas including pineapple, mango and other citrus and tropical flavors.  This beer is a party your your mouth and nose!  The flaked grains help create that hazy look that completes this beer.
