Weyermann Oak Smoked Wheat Malt

Part of Weyermann's Terrior malt line, Weyermann Oak Smoked Wheat Malt is a heritage wheat. That basically means it's super old and has been used a really long time. Germany and Poland both use if for what's called a Grodziskie (Grätzer beer) or similar styles. With a fine smoked aroma and taste, it can also be used in European Wheat Ales.
