White IPA - Extract Recipe Kit

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

The White IPA or Wit IPA is an IPA with Wheat to give it another level of flavor and complexity.  It also contains some spices, so it derives it's flavor from Barley, Wheat, Hops and Spices.  You can also choose between a Belgium Wit yeast or an American Ale yeast for a different finished flavor.  The Belgium yeast will give it more of a Wit Beer taste, while the American Ale yeast will give the beer a more neutral flavor usually found in an IPA.  Want to really have fun?  Split your batch (or brew 10 gallons) between two fermenters and try both yeasts!
