    The Best Keg Out There

Posted by Tim Malyszko on 11th May 2014

I have now purchased 8 of theses kegs from keg connection and will continue to buy them due due to the quality/price combination. Rest assured that you aren't buying cheaply made Kegs from china that don't actually hold up to the stamped pressure rating. The kegconnection kegs are high quality and hold up well. I have kegs from 2011 that still look brand new and function as if they were brand new.

Very light, clean, and professionally crafted

My only question is the security of the CO2 in and beer out fittings. They are hand tight only to avoid damaging the keg. I had one leak after moving the keg to a fridge. You have to be careful not to knock them loose. I'll keep an eye on it over time.

I do plan to order a third keg if that is any indication of the quality. By the way, these kegs make the art of home brewing so much more enjoyable and easy.

    Great New soda Keg

Posted by Brad on 7th Jan 2014

This is the 4th Keg I've bought from Keg Connection. I've bought 3 5 gallon kegs and 1 2.5 gallon Keg. We had a house fire back in April and 1 full keg that was in the house (Not directly in the fire) still works today. The other was in the kegerator and its still good too. They are great kegs. They always have them in stock and they ship very quickly. If I was going to buy another keg, I'd buy another one of these!

hard to find anything wrong with the new 5 gallon keg

Posted by jon deets on 17th Oct 2013

I've dealt with kegconnection now for many months. And they are a hands on company that will do everything they can to make a purchase good. I really like the new 5 gallon kegs. I have 18 of them now. I like lager beer and it takes 2 months to lager so I've had to get all these kegs that I rotate. The kegs are very good quality. No problems other than one or two was shipped with the top posts jammed. But keg connection just replaced them for me with ones that the posts weren't jammed on. Thankyou keg connection

    Newby's review

So I am new to kegging and I bought two of these along with the other needed hoses and attachments. Without being able to compare this corny keg to others I have to say it is very light weight and seems well manufactured. The handle seems quite slim and delicate, but I guess that saves weight. Upon opening there is a bad smell. I assume this is normal. They will be cleaned and sanitized before use.
