Kegconnection is open 9AM - 5:00PM Central, Monday- Friday.
(Note, we are often VERY busy on Mondays and slower on Fridays, so we sometimes leave earlier on Fridays if all orders are completed)

30 Day No Hassle Returns - Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to feel confident with your purchase so within 30 days of purchase we offer a simple, easy return policy.
We offer a full refund on un-used returns. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

What items can be returned?Kegconnection will accept all non-perishable items back. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on the return and might be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I return used equipment?Kegconnection only stocks quality equipment from the most trusted brands but If you are not fully satisfied with your equipment after using it we can offer you to the ability to return with a 30% restocking fee.
Brew SystemsKegconnection does not accept any returns on large or custom order brew systems such as, but not limited to, the Spike Electric system, Sabco and Breweasy. We will work with you and the company that manufactures these items if you have an issue.
If you need to cancel your order please e-mail us at email@example.com immediately.
If an order has not shipped by the time Kegconnection makes contact, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped we cannot recall it. It will be delivered and handled as a Order Return as outlined in our Return Policy.
Warranty Issues, Damages and Incorrect Orders
If in the first 30 days of receipt of your order you find your order is incorrect or contains damaged goods, we will ensure the issue is corrected. Just call us ator e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org . We strive to contact everyone back within one business day.
We ask that our customers please e-mail photos of damaged items to assist us in both the claims process and assist us in making Kegconnection better by improving our shipping practices and that of our shipping carriers. We will require photos in most cases to issue a new product or refund for damaged goods.
In the event Kegconnection needs to re-ship you a product due to it being wrong or defective, we will issue you a RMA, pre-paid shipping label and then ship immediately your replacement once we get notice the wrong/damaged product is back in route to us.
Kegconnection maintains active pursuit of competitive pricing to offer you the lowest prices possible. So we are often adjusting pricing as well as creating new products. As such with human error, we sometimes add incorrect pricing to our website and reserve the right to not be held liable for grossly misprinted prices where we would take a loss to honor.
Site-Wide Sales Policy
We will, often, run site-wide sales where we discount the majority of products sold on our site by a specific percentage amount. While these are certainly site-wide sales, we do have to exclude some products from receiving the discounts due to the manufacturer's policies on fixed pricing for their products. Items from vendors including, but not limited to, Spike Brewing, Ss Brew Tech, Blichmann Engineering, Anvil, The Grainfather, Robobrew, Mash & Boil, and more will typically be excluded from site-wide sales but do sometimes have sales pricing for themselves given to us by our suppliers. If you have any questions regarding whether a product or bundle should qualify for our site-wide sale promotion, please don't hesitate to email email@example.com and we'll get you taken care of immediately!
Discount and Coupon Code PolicyYou may have found or even received a promotional code for our site that offers a % off of products. We are happy to honor those codes but we do restrict and prohibit their use when, but not limited to, the times we are running site-wide sales, specific vendor discounts on products, or any other sale active on our website. We also do not allow the "stacking" of coupons as our system can only handle one coupon code per transaction. Residents within the continuous United States will receive a flat rate shipping fee of only $9.95 per order! For outside US and international orders, you can receive the best possible shipping rates by calling your order in to
Kegconnection ships most orders FedEx, UPS, or USPS with transit times being around 1 - 4 business days depending on where we’re delivering.
Kegconnection ships from Comanche, Texas so orders in the Northwest can expect longer lead times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We highly recommend that you purchase the optional insurance from Route during the checkout process. Missing packages aren't awesome, but things do happen on rare occasion and the affordable insurance option will protect you and your purchase.
First, be sure to confirm your shipping address, look for a delivery confirmation, and check with neighbors to see if they possibly accepted your package.
If your package is a no-show 36 hours from delivery date provided by the courier, please contact us.
Lost packages we will help resolve as we have recourse with FedEX, UPS, or USPS.
Stolen packages cannot be replaced unless you purchase the Route insurance during checkout.

Free shipping, flat-rate shipping and any shipping specials do not apply to AK and HI.
