This "add a body" allows you to add additional bodies to your existing Taprite secondary regulators. Just remove the plug and screw in the new body, then use the plug on the other side to seal or add additional bodies.
This regulator is part of Taprites premium 740 series, not the economy series that you will find on some sites. This is a commercial grade regulator!
