This is a re-conditioned 5 Gallon Pin Lock, Soda Keg (Coke style). This keg has been cleaned and soaked in a hot "Brew Clean" solution, re-rinsed, lubed and re-pressurized to check the seals. The kegs are in good shape, but could have small dings, dents or scratches. The lid features a gasket seal and a static pressure release valve. These will not effect the function of the kegs. Many have stickers on the outside. They might be of either Cornelius, Firestone (also called Spartenburg) or Italian construction. All types of kegs are manufactured to the same specifications and are of the same quality. The lids and O-rings are interchangeable. - Many people prefer pin lock kegs when using in shorter Fridge or areas where height is important. They 22" tall and 9" Wide.
Please remember that these are used kegs. They will have dings, dents, stickers on the outside and could have some permanent staining that will not effect your beer. If you want a perfect keg we sell new kegs as well.
Again - these are used kegs and are returnable but you will pay the shipping to return them.

weathered but still holds pressure
Wish they could have had the black rubber instead of the weathered red rubber. Good for the price but ive always been afraid of the handles breaking while carrying and ruining a full carbinated keg.

Glad I took the chance...
I normally prefer to support local small business but when an online retailer has a price that is half of what I can get locally, I couldn't resist. Purchasing something online, sight-unseen, for a used product can be a gamble. I'm happy to say that the keg is in great shape; better than what my local brew store had in stock.

Good kegs, great prices
I've ordered 2 pin lock kegs and both arrived quickly and in good shape. I've been using them over several batches now and still work great.

split decision
Ordered 2 cornies with pin lock. One was really nice shape the other mechanically good, but visually and esthetically poor. Surprised that I would not be shipped 2 kegs in same condition.... Not to say that I didn't receive good value, but first time ordering, and I'm not sure that I would order again for fear of what would show up. Rest of item were as expected and received 2 days earlier than quoted, so 5 stars for shipping.

Great kegs, great price!
ordered two of these and they came in quickly. As promised, these were in very good condition, and both still held the pressure put in before shipping! I've decided to stick with pin locks, since I have the most of these type kegs. Even with the shipping cost, you can't beat their prices. I highly recommend them!

Excellent buy
Not much to say. They told me what I would be getting and delivered the same. The kegs were clean, had new o-rings and were ready to use. They were even slightly pressurized to prove they were sealing properly.

perfect height to fit on the compressor hump
looks good from the outside, red handles painted black at some point and partially worn off, but not a concern. keg was pressurized :) and a bag with all new gaskets in the box. super fast shipping IMO from TX to MN. this will be a great addition to my current set up, THANKS!!!
