Sparkling Water Minerals Kit | Makes a 5 Gallon Batch!
Make your own delicious sparkling mineral water at home in a five gallon batch using our minerals kit! Mix it into a quart of warm/hot RO or distilled water. Then add the mixture along with the rest of your volume into a 5 gallon keg and stick it in the fridge for a day or so. The colder the water, the quicker it will carbonate. Then, add your gas connection and force carbonate! We force carbonate and serve our water at 35psi.
This recipe is intended to be used with reverse osmosis or distilled water. Adding these minerals to your city or well water WILL NOT RESULT in an accurate Topo Chico clone due to the existing minerals in your water supply.
